Plant based eating made fun, quick and easy!
Energy Balls or Bars are a great way to get a quick “pick me up”. You can take them on the Go especially when traveling. They can pass security when you are flying so no need to fill up on Junk food at the airport terminal. They are easy to make, only 6 ingredients and I am sure you have them on hand. No weird named ingredients. It is easier on the wallet as Energy Bars can cost quite a bit. I enjoy creating recipes for energy and protein balls as they are fun and the options are limitless. They usually make a lot so you have them on hand without consistently making them. They are also easy to store which is in the fridge or even freeze them. I will post some more demonstrations to help you on your journey to health. These also help with the #sugar cravings and add more fiber to your diet which helps with weight loss as the fiber fills you up. Of course fiber helps to feed the good gut bacteria, we call this pre-biotic.
