Cocoa Coconut Raw Fruit Bar

¼ cup Cashews*

¾ cup Coconut

½ cup Raisins, Cranberries or other preferred dried fruit

¼ cup Cacao*

11/2 cup Medjool Dates

Method

Mix first 4 ingredients in the food processor for 3o seconds.  Slowly add the dates one at time until sticky.  Place in a square pan. And place in the fridge for 1 hour and cut in squares.  These do not need to be stored in the fridge.

*Cacao is Raw cocoa.  You can use cocoa but you lose some of the nutrients.

*You can switch the cashews for other nuts of choice or seeds to make them nut free
