Getting Bored of Smoothies?, Try this smoothie bowl

I enjoy my morning Smoothies as I can add supplements such as Spirulina, turmeric, hemp, ginger, garlic, baobab powders etc, as well as lots of greens, especially Kale which can be harder to digest..  I decided that I needed to make a change to make life more interesting and to get ready for spring.  I have been playing around with smoothie bowls and I am loving them.  I am loving  experimenting with flavors.  This Supper Berry Bowl is one of my Favorites and I had to share it with you.  I will be posting more as I find the perfect balance.

Supper Berry Smoothie Bowl

1 Banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen Cherries

1 cup Spinach

1/2 avocado

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

1 tsp Spirulina (or less if sensitive to taste)

2 tsp Baobab Powder (high in Vitamin C and has a sweet taste)

1tsp Turmeric

1 cup Almond, coconut or other  milk of choice

1/2 cup water

Put all ingredients in a blender.  I use a Vita Mix which is a powerful blender.  Blend and pour into 4 bowls.  Cut up Strawberries, Bananas and decorate.  Sprinkle Raw Vegan Granola.  See recipe following
